本应用由空集实验室（Nullset Lab）开发。我们尊重并重视您的隐私。本隐私政策说明了本应用如何收集、使用和保护您的信息。

1. 信息收集

本应用默认不会收集、存储或上传您的个人身份信息。

本应用：

* 无需注册账号；
* 不收集您的姓名、邮箱、电话号码等个人信息；

2. 定位权限

如果您主动启用天气功能，本应用可能会请求访问您的设备定位权限。

定位信息仅用于获取您当前位置的天气信息，不会被开发者保存，也不会上传至开发者服务器。

您可以随时在 iOS 系统设置中关闭定位权限。关闭后，天气功能可能无法正常使用，但不会影响时钟、番茄钟等核心功能。

3. 网络连接

本应用的大部分功能均可离线使用。

仅在使用天气功能时，本应用需要连接互联网以获取最新天气数据。

4. 本地数据存储

本应用会将以下数据仅存储在您的设备本地：

* 时钟显示设置
* 外观与主题设置
* 番茄钟配置
* 天气功能开关
* 其他用户偏好设置

上述数据不会上传至任何开发者服务器。

5. 第三方服务

天气功能可能会使用第三方天气数据服务提供天气信息。

为了获取天气数据，可能会向第三方服务提供获取天气所必需的信息（例如设备定位信息）。第三方服务的数据处理方式受其自身隐私政策约束。

除天气服务外，本应用不会主动与其他第三方共享您的个人信息。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用不会有意收集13岁以下儿童的个人信息。

如果您认为儿童向本应用提供了相关信息，请联系我们，我们将在合理时间内删除相关信息（如适用）。

Privacy Policy

Welcome to Nightstand Clock.

This application is developed by Nullset Lab. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use this application.

1. Information We Collect

By default, this application does not collect, store, or upload any personally identifiable information.

Specifically:

* No account registration is required.
* We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information.
* We do not create user profiles.
* We do not sell or rent your personal information.
* We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

2. Location Permission

If you choose to enable the Weather feature, the application may request access to your device’s location.

Your location is used solely to retrieve weather information for your current location. It is not stored by the developer and is not uploaded to the developer’s servers.

You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. Disabling location access will only affect the Weather feature and will not impact the core clock or Pomodoro Timer functions.

3. Internet Connection

Most features of this application work completely offline.

An internet connection is required only when retrieving weather information.

4. Local Data Storage

The following information is stored only on your device:

* Clock display settings
* Appearance and theme preferences
* Pomodoro Timer configurations
* Weather feature preferences
* Other application settings

This information is never uploaded to any developer-operated server.

5. Third-Party Services

The Weather feature may use third-party weather service providers to obtain weather information.

Only the minimum information necessary to provide weather services (such as your device location) may be shared with these providers. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Other than weather services, this application does not intentionally share your personal information with any third party.

6. Children’s Privacy

This application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through this application, please contact us and we will take appropriate action where applicable.
